China Glaze - Señorita Bonita

Happy Friday everyone! I'm practically out the door for my girlfriend's Bachelorette Weekend/Birthday Celebration, but I wanted to share my undies with you! Err, polish undies that is! ;)

This here is three coats of China Glaze Senorita Bonita, a gorgeous glass-fleck with red/pink and blue shimmer in a violet base. I'm never sure exactly how to tell if a purple is "red-" or blue-toned" but if I had to guess, I'd go with red toned for this beauty. This isn't a shade of purple I'm naturally drawn to but I scored this polish for a dollar at Sally's on super duper clearance. I can't resist polish for a dollar. I just can't. Even though Senorita Bonita isn't a shade I would normally pick for myself, I must say that its beautiful and I did really like it on my nails. Its a keeper and I'll wear it again some day.

I should also mention that while this took three coats for full opacity, the formula was thin but not runny and each layer dried very quickly and to a high shine. No top coat in these photos, people, just pure high gloss finish! <3

If you're wondering about my "undies" comment, this is the shade I wore under my Sunday Stamping - Pulsating Pink & Purple manicure about a month ago.

Ta-ta ladies and gents, have a fabulous weekend!
